I suppose at this point I shouldn’t be surprised at anything, and considering the other checks that have gone out the window, but I will admit I’m a bit surprised a president can just tear down chunks of a historical building like the white House and slap on some gaudy

I feel like there is a term for one state sending troops into another state against the will of the democratically elected leadership of the state.
This man is running health and human services. You could honestly pick, completely at random, any first year medical resident, and give them the job and they would be vastly more qualified.
I think those opposed to trump are putting too much weight and hope on the Epstein files. There has been plenty of available evidence that trump r**ped kids, and the Republicans have excused or ignored it. Unless the Epstein files have videos, I can’t imagine it changes any minds.
The term “structural violence” is one way of describing social arrangements that put individuals and populations in harm’s way. Exactly what trump threatened today regarding healthcare and the shutdown fight. Structural violence threats after weeks of stochastic terrorism.
In high school I used to like to go down to Dealey Plaza and argue with the conspiracy nuts about JFK. I’m not a conspiracy guy. I don’t trust anything coming from our FBI at this point.
