Thank you for shopping with Left Of Middle. As all our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defects or errors on our part. Please review our policy below:
We strive for the highest quality in our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. Please carefully review our size charts and product details before making a purchase.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If a replacement is approved, we will produce and ship a new item at no cost to you.
Since orders go into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 1 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is final and cannot be changed.

Order Processing & Fulfillment All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printify. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-7 business days for production before your item ships.
Estimated Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the Printify fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10-30 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific items in your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates for all our customers.
Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion.
International Shipping & Customs For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
